Job Summary

As a Part-Time Online Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance in real-time through our online chat platforms. Whether it's helping customers track their orders, providing product information, or troubleshooting issues, your ability to communicate effectively and provide solutions promptly will make a difference every day.

Key Responsibilities
