HubSpot Technical Solutions Architect & Developer [Remote]

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

Company Description

Homebuilder Ops is the #1 HubSpot partner for residential home builders. Our expertise lies in enabling home builders to increase the number of homes sold each year by optimizing lead management processes, sales automation, customer experiences, and reporting frameworks. Role Description This full-time position is a hands-on HubSpot developer role, requiring deep expertise in custom-coded workflows and data automation. Our next HubSpot Technical Solutions Architect & Developer will be responsible for the planning, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of advanced data-driven solutions inside HubSpot and supporting custom HubSpot integrations for the sales process optimization, CRM admin, HubSpot reporting, and marketing automation programs our firm delivers to clients. This role demands technical superpowers in business analysis, documentation, HubSpot CRM architecture, and automation development. You will be working alongside our Client Success Managers to architect, code, and rollout high-impact solutions for our clients’ sales, marketing, and customer care teams. Day-to-day responsibilities will range from testing approaches, documenting technical requirements, configuring HubSpot settings, properties, and automation, scripting custom-coded workflow actions, and delivering flawless technical solutions. Although you will be working closely with our client companies, workshopping requirements, presenting solutions, and identifying process improvement opportunities, you will also collaborate internally with our team to develop the most scalable, long-term solutions to meet client’s specific objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, final custom HubSpot solutions and technical documentation to clients on time and within budget. The HubSpot Technical Solutions Architect & Developer will use their experience planning and coding solutions for multiple complex projects at once, implementing the HubSpot CRM architecture, business-specific automation, as well as working with other members of the client success team to manage clients’ expectations to ensure that all HubSpot optimization and implementation projects run smoothly. This role is not a general CRM administrator or a client-facing consultant. The HubSpot Technical Solutions Architect & Developer is the internal technical authority responsible for designing, building, testing, and delivering advanced HubSpot solutions that meet documented business requirements. This role receives scoped work from Client Success Managers and is responsible for the technical approach, implementation quality, documentation, and long-term scalability of each solution. You are a fit for this role if you enjoy solving large, technical sales, marketing, and CRM problems that have a measurable impact on the people and companies we serve, while also diving deep into client business processes to ensure business-specific requirements are documented, analyzed, and addressed. You will report directly to the Director of Client Success, but have daily interactions with the entire team, including receiving direction from the CEO.
