Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Chat Operator at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus)
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills
  • Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a helpful bonus
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Training and Requirements

As a remote employee, you'll receive on-the-job training via Zoom, ensuring you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. To participate in our training program, you'll need:

  • Your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
  • Ability to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11:00 am-7:30 pm EDT
  • The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred
