About the Role

All With Realty is a fast growing real estate acquisitions company based in Atlanta, Georgia operating in multiple markets across the United States. We work directly with motivated homeowners looking for fast, hassle free solutions to sell their property and we're expanding our sales team to keep up with demand. We're looking for a Remote Closer to join our team and we're going to be upfront with you. This is not a grind 350 dials a day, smash the phones, hustle culture sales job. If that's what you're looking for this isn't it. What this actually is, is a role that rewards people who know how to listen, build genuine trust, and let a conversation flow naturally to a decision. The best closers on our team aren't the loudest people in the room. They're the ones sellers feel comfortable enough to open up to. By the time a lead reaches you our setter team has already done the heavy lifting. You're not cold calling. You're not convincing strangers to hear you out. You're picking up where a warm conversation left off and guiding a motivated seller across the finish line.

What You'll Do

Take warm handoffs from our setter team and pick up an already warmed up conversation. Spend real time with sellers, listen to their situation, understand their needs, and build genuine rapport. Present our offer naturally when the timing is right. Handle objections with empathy and patience, not pressure. Once a seller agrees you hand it off completely. Our transaction coordinator handles every contract and piece of paperwork from that point forward. You never write a contract, ever.

What We're Looking For

Some sales experience is preferred but we care more about your personality than your resume. If you're a natural conversationalist, patient, empathetic, and genuinely good at making people feel heard you're already most of the way there. Real estate experience is a plus but absolutely not required. Self motivated and coachable. All you need is a laptop, a WiFi connection, and a quiet place to take calls. What We Provide We've already built the infrastructure so you don't have to figure anything out on day one. Full access to our CRM so every lead, note, and follow up is organized and waiting for you. Access to our dialer system so everything runs through one clean platform. A transaction coordinator who handles all contracts and paperwork the moment a deal is done. Training and direct mentorship from our acquisitions team. All you need to show up with is yourself.

Compensation

This is a full commission role with uncapped earning potential. Our closers earn $2,000 to $3,000 per deal based on our current average. Close two deals in a month and you've already out earned most traditional full time jobs. Close four and the math starts getting really interesting.
