Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

- Collaborating with the Trader Administrations Manager to drive team growth, improve performance metrics, and develop best practices.
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Essential Qualifications:
