Role Overview – Digital Customer Experience Analyst (Remote)

The Digital Customer Experience Analyst will partner directly with the CX Director and our multidisciplinary digital product teams to design, execute, and refine the digital journey for arenaflex families and stakeholders. This is a remote‑first position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while staying deeply connected to the heart of our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Feedback Collection: Collaborate with the CX Director to uncover innovative methods for gathering real‑time customer insights across web, mobile, and in‑center touchpoints.
  • Survey Lifecycle Management: Own the end‑to‑end calendar for survey distribution, including requirements gathering, questionnaire design, response‑rate optimization, and post‑survey analysis.
  • Creative Catalyst: Lead brainstorming sessions and product planning meetings that challenge conventional thinking and surface non‑traditional solutions for a frictionless digital experience.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal digital improvement teams, external agencies, and contractors to translate insight into actionable product enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Partnerships: Partner with product owners, steering committees, finance & analysis groups, IT architecture domains, and other critical initiatives to ensure the customer voice informs every decision.
  • Data Storytelling: Transform raw survey data into compelling narratives, dashboards, and recommendations that guide senior leadership and operational teams.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of emerging CX technologies, best practices, and industry trends to keep arenaflex at the forefront of digital innovation.

Essential Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional experience with SQL and the CoreXM platform, demonstrating a strong analytical foundation.
  • Hands‑on expertise in the full survey lifecycle: from requirement gathering and questionnaire construction to response‑rate optimization and sophisticated results analysis.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with external partners and internal digital product teams, delivering insight‑driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with the capacity to communicate findings clearly, concisely, and persuasively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Background in digital transformation initiatives and familiarity with agile product development environments.
  • Demonstrated thought‑leadership in digital CX, including experience championing creative solutions that improve user journeys.
  • Advanced data‑visualization skills (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to craft interactive dashboards.
  • Understanding of child‑care and early‑education market dynamics to contextualize customer feedback.
  • Strong project‑management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and meet tight deadlines.
