Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and fun environment, interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
  • Running the register and cashiering with accuracy and efficiency
  • Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
  • Leading shifts on a regular basis, gaining entry-level management experience and developing your leadership skills
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • A strong sales acumen, with the ability to make purchase suggestions and upsell products
  • A quick and efficient pace, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges, with a motivation to advance in your career
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong educational background and a passion for learning
  • Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Entry-level management experience, with a strong understanding of leadership principles and practices

Physical Requirements

As a Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to perform a range of physical tasks, including:

  • Standing and/or walking for up to 8 hours
  • Lifting and/or carrying up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Pushing/pulling with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bending at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
