Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input data accurately into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and error-free.
  • Data Verification: Verify and ensure the accuracy of data entry to prevent errors and maintain data integrity.
  • File Organization: Organize and maintain files and records, both digital and physical, to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Data Updates: Review and update existing data to ensure consistency and correctness, and perform data cleanup and validation to improve data quality.
  • Document Processing: Process forms, applications, and other documents as needed, and generate reports, summaries, and other documents from inputted data.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information securely and with discretion, adhering to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and data integrity, and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role is essential.
  • Strong Typing Skills: Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy (preferably 45-50 WPM or higher) are required.
  • Microsoft Office or Google Workspace: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) is necessary.
  • Database Management: Basic knowledge of database management and data entry systems is required.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for this role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration and communication with team members.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is required.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience with specific data entry software or tools (e.g., QuickBooks, CRM systems) and previous experience in a similar industry or role (e.g., healthcare, finance, logistics) would be an asset.

Working Hours and Location

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work full-time or part-time, with remote options available. Full-time hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with possible flexibility depending on the company. Part-time hours vary based on availability, typically 20-25 hours per week.
