As a Customer Relations Representative, you'll be an integral part of this team, working closely with our State Agent to identify customer needs, develop leads, and market appropriate products and services.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Relations Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and needs-based reviews
• Educating customers about insurance options and financial services solutions using a customer-focused approach
• Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market relevant products and services
• Collaborating with the State Agent to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
• Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Maintaining accurate records and data to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services
