Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering new data into our ERP system, updating price changes, and creating purchase orders with precision and accuracy
  • Managing and maintaining data integrity through regular data entry and data management tasks
  • Creating and formatting spreadsheets to support data analysis and reporting
  • Updating existing data to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Collaborating closely with our supply chain team to provide support and ensure seamless operations
  • Handling incoming requests via Slack, responding promptly and professionally to ensure timely resolution
  • Performing other related duties as assigned to support the team's goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in data entry, data management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications and software, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
