Remote Legal Analyst PST only
Our client, a leading organization in the legal industry, is seeking a Remote Legal Analyst PST only to join their team. As a Remote Legal Analyst, you will be part of the Corporate Restructuring department supporting Evan's team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with bolthires Office Suite, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Remote Legal Analyst PST onlyLocation: El Segundo, CA (Pacific Time Zone)Pay Range: $24-$29 per hourWhat's the Job? Manage case dockets and update Verita public access websites as documents are filed with the court. Respond to telephonic and email creditor inquiries regarding case status, claim deadlines, and disbursements. Perform internet research for creditor noticing information and coordinate, input, and review ballots. Assist with mailings including compilation of service lists and preparing affidavits of service. Work closely with the Restructuring team to ensure all client needs are met in a timely fashion.What's Needed? Ability to quickly learn and navigate proprietary software and applications. Solid attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency with bolthires Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook. One to two years of related office experience in legal, finance, or accounting is a plus but not required. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.What's in it for me?
