Our full-service contact center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is a hub of activity, specializing in inbound and outbound support for the home improvement industry. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our clients, from lead generation to project completion.

The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Booking appointments for clients with a high degree of data accuracy
  • Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed
  • Adapting to changing guidelines and procedures with customers
  • Informing clients about procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a clear and concise manner
  • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferably in the home improvement industry)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferably)
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
  • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Ability to pass a background check
