Job Summary

As a Live Chat Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our website and social media channels. Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and efficient customer service through online chat on arenaflex's website and social media channels

  • Answer customer inquiries and respond to concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Offer promotional discounts and provide helpful resources and information to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Continuously monitor and improve customer service processes to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access arenaflex's website and social media channels (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week as needed
  • Availability to start immediately or within a short notice period
