Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing Exceptional Customer Service: You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to every customer who walks through our doors.
• Cross-Selling and Promotions: You'll have the opportunity to cross-sell items to complement the customer's purchase and highlight current marketing promotions.
• Maintaining a Clean Store: You'll assist in maintaining a clean store environment, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping.
• Stocking Shelves and Coolers: You'll be responsible for stocking shelves and coolers and assisting with receiving deliveries to the store.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Can-Do Attitude and Customer Service-Driven Personality: You'll be a natural people person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Prior Customer Service Experience: You'll have at least 6 months to 1-year prior customer service experience, with cash handling experience a plus.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: You'll be able to work a flexible schedule and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Results-Driven and Goal-Oriented: You'll be a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving sales goals and targets.
• Certification and Training: You'll be required to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications would be a bonus:

• Experience in Retail or Convenience Store Environment: You'll have prior experience working in a retail or convenience store environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Leadership or Teamwork Experience: You'll have experience leading a team or working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
• Language Skills: You'll be fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
