Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and efficiently
* Maintaining phone etiquette and providing a positive experience for our clients
* Reviewing and matching purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Maintaining inventory control and ensuring that all records are up-to-date
* Processing accounts receivable and payment posting with high accuracy
* Collaborating with the warehouse team as needed to ensure seamless operations
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have:
* A strong background in customer service and data entry
* High attention to detail, with the ability to cross-reference and balance documents accurately
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
