Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced entry-level social media customer support representative to join our team. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including social media, phone, and in-person interactions. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively will make a significant impact on our customers' satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide friendly and professional support to our customers through social media, phone, and in-person interactions

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by the organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of social media platforms
  • Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with adequate speed and accuracy
