Job Summary As a Video Creative Coordinator, you'll play a key role in our Arts/Creative Department, overseeing the development of video team activities and processes to achieve our goals, strategies, and objectives. You'll be responsible for building relationships, providing creative direction and feedback, and ensuring the integrity of all projects. Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain good working relationships within the department and the company
- Provide motivation, training, and skills to team members while ensuring quality work
- Work independently and collaboratively with team leaders, customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams
- Provide creative direction, practicality, feedback, and break down delivery barriers during projects
- Monitor and ensure the integrity of all projects, including feasibility, efficiency, effectiveness, compliance with project requirements, and departmental/corporate brand standards Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., film, video production, communications)
- 2+ years of experience in a related field, with a focus on video production, project management, or a similar area
- Proven skills in leadership, project management, and video design and production
- Advanced understanding of video design and production, with an excellent eye for color and design
- Proficiency in Mac and arenaflex Office Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a team environment, preferably in a creative or arts-related field
- Knowledge of style and trends in craft, design, and business
