Responsibilities

As an Associate Customer Service Representative in Everyday Banking, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience through various communication channels, including phone, text, chat, and video chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting customers and resolving inquiries or issues with empathy and professionalism regarding financial products and services.
  • Performing routine tasks such as answering inquiries, resolving problems, and providing a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations.
  • Navigating multiple computer systems to assist customers effectively and efficiently.
  • Escalating questions and issues to more senior employees as necessary, ensuring seamless customer service and resolution.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving customer issues.
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand, metric-driven call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with integrity and professionalism.
  • Military experience resolving complex issues via written or verbal communication.

Nice-to-haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

  • Knowledge, understanding, and experience of internet, mobile, and social media technology.
  • Familiarity with financial products and services, including banking, credit, and investments.
