Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for arenaflex.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including sales, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution rates.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a live chat or email support environment.

  • Knowledge of lighting products and industry trends.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Experience working with CRM software and data analysis tools.
