Responsibilities

As an Experienced Online Community Moderator – Forum Chats and Customer Support, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring forum threads and enforcing community guidelines to maintain a positive and respectful environment
  • Facilitating discussions and providing support to community members through live chat and other online channels
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community engagement strategies
  • Providing exceptional customer support to our valued customers through live chat and other online channels
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online community management and customer support

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts
