Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our members, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions that meet their unique requirements. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences

  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the best possible coverage for their family
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, and assist with any necessary claims or adjustments to ensure seamless service
  • Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits, providing clear and concise explanations and solutions
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule to maintain compliance and efficiency

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software and other sales and customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the insurance or benefits industry

  • Familiarity with supplemental benefits and the needs of individuals and families
  • Certification in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Experience using Zoom or other video conferencing tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Weekly performance-based pay and bonuses, on average $65,000 to $68,500 first year annually
