The Global Merchant & Network Services (GM&NS) Pricing Group
Our Pricing Group is responsible for revenue from the discount business, one of arenaflex's largest revenue sources. The team works closely with various business partners to determine the best rates that encourage merchants to accept arenaflex while improving service and merchant satisfaction. We drive GMS revenue and profit growth through customer-centric pricing principles, flexible pricing architectures, and innovative pricing solutions.
Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Creating Canadian forecasts for businesses reducing revenue, tracking monthly performance against forecast, and identifying areas of change.
- Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data entry systems to support various business functions.
- Supporting external audits, including investigating issues discovered, communicating with local value team managing vendor relationships to discuss issues, and working to resolve issues.
- Performing ad-hoc data analysis to measure discount rates and gain insights.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in financial assistance, business payments, or other finance-related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting, business administration).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create best-in-class financial models and maximize value from large amounts of financial information.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., SAS, SQL).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive projects from analysis to implementation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Ability to remain calm and flexible under pressure.
