Job Description

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live online chats, phone calls, and email support. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, while also promoting our products and services to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns

  • Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to Online Chat Manager when appropriate
  • Build strong relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promote interest in client products and services
  • Consistently achieve established standards of the position
  • Continually portray and project a positive and professional image
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online setting
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities and customer needs

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
