• The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and other expenses. You'll also be required to agree to the terms and conditions of the contract, which includes waiving any claims against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
