Welcome to arenaflex – Where Your Career Takes Flight

At arenaflex, we are more than a leader in the financial services industry – we are a catalyst for transformation. Our cutting‑edge retirement platforms, innovative investment tools, and client‑centric culture make us the destination for professionals who want to grow, learn, and make a tangible impact. If you’re ready to launch a rewarding career that blends personal development with meaningful client relationships, this is the place to start.

Why This Role Is a Perfect Launchpad for Your Future

Our Entry‑Level Client Success Representative position is designed to nurture talent, provide comprehensive training, and fast‑track motivated individuals toward a thriving career in financial services. You won’t need a finance degree or prior licensing – we’ll guide you through every step, from mastering our technology stack to earning FINRA certifications.

What You’ll Do – Core Responsibilities

  • Engage inbound and outbound calls with 401(k) participants, building rapport and trust through thoughtful conversation.
  • Guide both active and inactive participants through their retirement options, introducing them to arenaxflex’s suite of services and tools.
  • Handle general service inquiries, withdrawal requests, and account updates with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Utilize Salesforce and arenaxflex’s proprietary platforms to track leads, log interactions, and manage follow‑up activities.
  • Progress to consultative inbound calls, providing tailored retirement and investment guidance based on each participant’s unique goals.
  • Collaborate with internal partners—investment specialists, planning analysts, and technology teams—to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Participate in structured training modules, role‑plays, and mentorship sessions that prepare you for FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 exams.
  • Identify opportunities to schedule targeted appointments, positioning participants for deeper financial planning conversations.
  • Contribute ideas to improve call scripts, workflow efficiencies, and participant education resources.

Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; an innate ability to listen, ask probing questions, and articulate solutions clearly.
  • Demonstrated accountability and a goal‑oriented mindset—whether from prior customer‑service roles, sales experiences, or volunteer work.
  • Comfort with a “hybrid” work environment, balancing remote productivity with in‑office collaboration.
  • Technical aptitude: ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously and quickly adopt new software tools.
  • Willingness to pursue and complete FINRA certifications (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) with support and paid study time provided by arenaxflex.

Preferred Qualifications – What Will Set You Apart

  • Prior experience in sales, consultative relationship building, or financial product education.
  • Familiarity with retirement plan concepts, especially 401(k) structures.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English + another language) to serve a diverse participant base.
  • Background in accounting, finance, or related administrative roles.

Key Skills & Competencies for Success

  • Active Listening: Understanding client needs beyond surface‑level inquiries.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly identifying solutions and guiding participants to appropriate resources.
  • Time Management: Balancing call volume, training sessions, and certification study schedules.
  • Adaptability: Thriving in a fast‑changing environment where regulations and technology constantly evolve.
  • Team Collaboration: Sharing insights with peers, participating in coach‑led debriefs, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Career Growth – Your Path at arenaxflex

From day one, you’ll be part of a structured development program that charts a clear trajectory:

  • Foundational Phase (0‑6 months): Comprehensive onboarding, product knowledge acquisition, and initial FINRA exam preparation.
  • Associate Phase (6‑12 months): Handling increasingly complex inbound calls, achieving certification milestones, and receiving personalized career coaching.
  • Specialist Phase (12‑24 months): Transitioning into advisory roles, such as Retirement Planning Analyst or Investment Solutions Associate, with the potential to lead small project teams.
  • Leadership Path (24+ months): Opportunities to become a Team Lead, Operations Manager, or move into broader functional areas like Compliance, Training, or Product Development.

Throughout each stage, arenaxflex invests in your growth through mentorship, tuition reimbursement, and access to industry conferences.

Work Environment & Culture – A Place Where You Belong

Our hybrid model blends the energy of on‑site collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Typically, you’ll be in the office every other week, participating in team huddles, skill‑building workshops, and social events that reinforce our inclusive culture.

At arenaxflex, we champion:

  • Diversity & Inclusion: Employee resource groups, unbiased hiring practices, and a commitment to a workplace where every voice is heard.
  • Recognition Programs: Monthly “Spotlight” awards, year‑end celebrations, and peer‑nominated accolades that honor achievements.
  • Well‑being Initiatives: Mental‑health resources, fitness‑class subsidies, and a vibrant “Flex‑Space” lounge for relaxation.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits – Designed for You and Your Family

While we keep base salary competitive within the industry, we also offer a comprehensive benefits suite that supports financial security, health, and work‑life balance:

  • Health, Dental, Vision, and Disability insurance with employer contributions.
  • 401(k) plan with a 7 % company match and automatic enrollment options.
  • Generous paid time off, parental and maternity leave, and flexible scheduling.
  • Tuition reimbursement and student‑loan assistance programs to help you advance your education.
  • Annual wellness stipend, on‑site fitness classes, and access to a concierge service for personal tasks.
  • Charitable‑giving match program and volunteer‑time‑off to support causes you care about.
  • Professional development budget for certifications, conferences, and industry seminars.

Investing in Your Success – Training & Licensing Support

We understand that acquiring FINRA licenses can be daunting. That’s why arenaxflex provides:

  • Paid study time and a structured learning roadmap for SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 exams.
  • Access to a dedicated licensing coach who will guide you through exam preparation strategies.
  • Interactive e‑learning modules, live webinars, and practice exams to build confidence.
  • Financial reimbursement for exam fees upon successful completion.
