Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) for all social media channels.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, blog layout).
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
  • Analyse data from social media campaigns to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on results.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
  • Conduct competitive research and audience analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, content, talent acquisition) to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, and performance monitoring.

Required Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist or Manager (minimum 3 years).
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media best practices.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with social media publishing and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Familiarity with employer branding and talent acquisition strategies on social media.
  • Certification in Google Ads or other social media advertising platforms.
  • Experience in a fully remote work environment.
