Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Care Agents to join our team in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. You'll work in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, live chat, and email

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer customer questions and provide product information
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to improve customer service and overall company performance

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a live chat environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of lighting industry products and services

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00/hour, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period

  • Quarterly bonus and commissions on product sales
  • Flexible full-time schedules available during customer service hours of 8 am - 6 pm, Monday through Friday
