Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Home Office Operations and Performance Enhancement team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing insights to drive business growth and improvement. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to drive results. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business growth and improvement

• Perform data gathering tasks, data integration, data analysis, and data visualization to inform business decisions
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement
• Produce reports and presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders to inform business decisions
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas of opportunity
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a field related to data analysis or business administration

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and data visualization
• Experience driving high-performing teams and developing business strategies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a retail or field-based environment

• Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL and data visualization software
• Experience developing and implementing business strategies and process improvements
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
