Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our clients' brands, providing top-notch support to customers through phone and ticket interactions. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through phone and ticket interactions, resolving concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist customers in understanding and optimizing the use of our clients' products or services
  • Follow a written workflow to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide support and feedback
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our clients and their customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly tone and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and communication tools
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
  • Experience working with clients in the tech industry
