What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Performing basic data entry and keying activities with high accuracy
  • Working independently to complete assigned tasks, utilizing your problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Navigating between two applications effectively, ensuring seamless data transfer and processing
  • Cutting and pasting data from one field to another as needed, with precision and speed
  • Communicating via email to coordinate with team members, maintaining open and clear communication channels

What Is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • The ability to use an email system, with proficiency in sending and receiving emails
  • Proficiency in navigating two applications, with ease and efficiency
  • The capability of cutting and pasting data accurately, with attention to detail and precision
  • Availability for part-time hours from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday
