The Customer Success Engineering (CSE) organization at arenaflex is a global, customer‑centric team dedicated to turning technology into tangible business value. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Enablement: Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Sales teams to design and execute value‑realization plans for enterprise‑level accounts.
  • Technical Workshops & Demos: Lead deep‑dive technical workshops, proof‑of‑concept sessions, and solution demonstrations that address complex customer environments and business challenges.
  • Thought Leadership: Present at arenaflex User Groups, webinars, and industry events, sharing best practices, success stories, and roadmap insights to inspire adoption.
  • Internal Training & Playbooks: Create and deliver technical enablement sessions for CSMs, developing adoption playbooks, training modules, and reference architectures that scale best‑practice delivery.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between customers and the Product Engineering, Support, and Professional Services teams to surface feedback, drive product improvements, and resolve critical issues.
  • Data‑Driven Advocacy: Leverage usage analytics and customer data to identify growth opportunities, monitor health metrics, and articulate the business impact of arenaflex solutions.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Author technical guides, case studies, and solution briefs that support both internal teams and external customers.

Minimum Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer‑facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Pre‑Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant) within enterprise‑level organizations.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business‑focused messaging for diverse audiences—ranging from engineers to C‑level executives.
  • Demonstrated skill in linking technology capabilities to business outcomes, driving conversations around ROI and value realization.
  • Native‑level proficiency in German and fluency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively engage with European and global customers.
