Job Summary

As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will work closely with our Quality Control team to analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations for process improvements. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to safety, efficiency, and innovation, while driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Expectations

The Quality Control Standards Data Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components.
  • Helping to create and present results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders.
  • Assisting in exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities.
  • Presenting insights, patterns, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding.
  • Helping to create and distribute specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, outlining the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements.
  • Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the team.
  • Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors
  • Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision
  • May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as data analysis, statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with precision and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase.
  • Ability to understand the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning.
  • Willingness to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

* Past internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field.

  • Ability to work really in major areas of strength for a help/group situated climate.
  • Ability to focus on liabilities really and be a free mastermind.
  • Past internship experience in a connected field.
  • Ability to plan and support large business initiatives.
