Key Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
  • Clarifying orders as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to general customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and customer experiences

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
  • Previous experience in pharmacy, with LTC pharmacy experience preferred
  • Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills required
  • Great telephone etiquette a must
  • Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
