Responsibilities
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences
Key Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus!)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a helpful bonus
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
Requirements
- Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
- Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
- Attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom (Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT)
- Work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
