Position: Junior Sustainability Consultant REMOTE (m/f/d) Location: Germany Alloc Now is a pioneering cleantech company, focusing on the chemical and process industry. - Data analysis: You specify data requirements for emissions modelling and assess available data sources and data structures on energy and media, waste treatment and direct emissions.
- Concept Development: You develop a customized concept for calculation of product sustainability metrics based on enterprise data.
- Implementation Support: You support the implementation team by preparing emissions data and steering tables to be used for calculation.
- Consulting: You guide our customers throughout the implementation project and provide profound advise on all LCA related matters and modelling decisions.
- Support 3rd party reviews: You prepare documents for 3rd party reviews and support our customer throughout this process.
- Methodological advancements: You constantly refine and improve our automation methodology and provide input to bodies developing general LCA methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree in (environmental) engineering, natural sciences or a related field
- Strong interest in the chemical industry and sustainability practices
- Experience with lifecycle assessment is highly desirable
- Affinity for data and data structures with strong conceptual and analytical abilities
- Excellent methodological skills and a willingness to learn industry-specific knowledge
- Strong moderation, communication and presentation skills on all levels
- Hands‑on and service mentality, conflict resolution skills, as well as diligent working style, personal responsibility and resilience
- Customer‑centric mindset, with a primary focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Enthusiastic commitment to sustainability‑related issues
- Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English
