Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Care Representatives to join our remote team for a 4-day weekend shift. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional phone and chat support to our customers, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. If you're a motivated, team-oriented individual with a passion for problem-solving and a knack for creativity, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional phone and chat support to customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box to create innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Work a 10-hour shift, 4 days a week, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
  • Maintain a secure and quiet work environment with a strong Internet connection

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Previous experience in the lighting industry or a related field
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
