Job Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to shareholders, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting inbound, outbound, and email responses to ensure effective communication with stakeholders
  • Directing shareholders to the correct resources for voting on Board of Directors, ensuring that they have the necessary information to make informed decisions
  • Collaborating with internal clients to develop and implement effective shareholder communication strategies
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to measure the success of our campaigns
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service, communication, and problem-solving

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED required

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
  • Excellent speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong grammar and English language skills, with the ability to read and correct errors
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and systems quickly

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a similar customer service role, with a focus on shareholder communications

  • Knowledge of the financial industry and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders

Equipment Requirements:

* Windows 10 or 11 operating system (no Mac, Chromebook, or Lenovo)

  • USB headsets (no wireless)
  • Dual monitors (optional but beneficial)
  • Ability to come off mute when called on, participate in chat, and have materials open and up-to-date
  • Internet speed: 50 download/10 upload

Pay and Benefits:

* Hourly rate: $20.00
