Responsibilities
As an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns.
- Providing in-depth information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
- Scheduling appointments with customers, capturing essential details to facilitate a seamless experience.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
