Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving complex issues, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the pharmaceutical industry via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' products and services
  • Communicate effectively with clients in English and Portuguese
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics and performance targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its products and services
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
