Job Summary

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Specialist – French Language Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in both English and French, resolving complex issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer service to clients in both English and French, resolving complex issues and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations

  • Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Investigate and resolve billing and fraudulent activity concerns
  • Process account requests and provide guidance on product features and technical issues
  • Screen share to resolve technical issues and coordinate appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Research articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries
  • Properly document notes and summarize conversation details
  • Openly accept feedback, coaching, and training to further develop skills

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to build rapport and trust with people quickly
  • Articulate thoughts clearly and concisely in both languages (French and English)
  • Solicit feedback openly and adjust accordingly
  • Hardwired home internet with a download speed of at least 40 mbps
  • Working knowledge of technology and strong digital literacy
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Experience working with French-speaking clients or in a bilingual environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits

* Payrate: $22.04/hr

  • Location: Work from Home
  • Schedule: A minimum of 38 hours/week will be scheduled between 12pm-10pm CST
  • * Due to business needs, schedules will be comprised of evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime will be scheduled as necessary
  • Start & end times will vary
  • To ensure you are set up for success, there will be 5 weeks of paid training
  • Training will be comprised of self-led activities/instructor-led curriculum and on-the-job training
