About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Consultant, Global Equity, to support our equity compensation initiatives through essential data entry and analysis tasks. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Audit and Compliance: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data audits to ensure operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans. Review and process transactions related to Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and equity buy plans.
• Transaction Management: Manage the processing of equity awards, including stock option exercises and releases. Produce ad-hoc analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations. Maintain and update equity administration processes and documentation.
• Stakeholder Support: Research, track, and respond to inquiries from plan participants, HR partners, and other stakeholders. Assist in the enrollment and management of equity plan activities.
• Continuous Improvement: Learn and quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and methodologies, particularly within HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday). Convert data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
