Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines that support our media business. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our Choice Science, Client, and Innovation colleagues to deliver high-quality data solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines that support our media business, including ETL/ELT pipelines, data set design, and data visualization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, plan, and execute data projects
• Develop and maintain automated workflows and data pipelines using Python, SQL, and other technologies
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security through rigorous testing and validation
• Work with large datasets and cloud-based technologies, such as Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS
• Develop and maintain documentation for data pipelines, including data dictionaries and technical documentation
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for data engineering

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in ELT/ETL data pipeline development and support
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience working with Snowflake and PostgreSQL
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS and Docker
• Strong understanding of data set design and data visualization
• Experience with source control systems, such as GitLab and GitHub

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based technologies, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar

• Proficiency in cloud design and product contributions, ideally AWS
• Experience overseeing and delivering code using a source control system like GitLab/GitHub
• Experience using Docker and containerization
