Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute reports or other communications on a regular schedule
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports within Microsoft SharePoint
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, which may include travel arrangements
  • Attend meetings to take minutes and ensure accurate documentation
  • Provide clerical support to other departments and teams as needed
  • Monitor and document tasks assigned to the management team and communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Gather and organize data and reports related to task progress and maintain accurate project documentation and records
  • Assist with and complete tasks assigned by the management and executive team in a timely and efficient manner

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An associate's degree in a related field (a bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and experience with administrative and office procedures, including word processing and file and record management
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative assistance within the medical field (or a related industry)
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at the same time, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience with cloud-based data access and sharing software, electronic mail software, office suite software, operating system software, presentation software, spreadsheet software, and video conferencing software
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Google Meet and Zoom video conferencing software
  • Knowledge of administrative and office procedures, including filing systems and record management

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
