Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Updating and Maintaining Records: Maintaining and updating records, files, and databases to ensure that all information is current and easily accessible.
  • Operating Office Equipment: Proficiently operating a wide range of office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Communicating with Clients: Providing exceptional customer service through clear and effective communication, ensuring that all client inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Coordinating and scheduling appointments with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that all meetings and events run smoothly.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Great Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Experience with Computers and Software: Proficiency in using computers and software, including Microsoft Office, to perform data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks.
  • Experience with Office Equipment: Familiarity with basic standard office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers.
  • QuickBooks Knowledge: Experience with QuickBooks is preferred, but not required.
  • Typing Speed: A typing speed of at least 50 words per minute to ensure efficient data entry and record-keeping.
  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: The ability to work well with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership and management, to achieve common goals and objectives.

Job Type and Schedule

This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a standard 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or office, while still being an integral part of our team.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly Rate: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Education and Experience

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess:

  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • QuickBooks Experience: At least 1 year of experience using QuickBooks, although this is not required.
