Job Overview

We are looking for a part-time Customer Experience Advisor to work remotely from Nashville, TN, and be an integral part of our customer service team. As a CX Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and contributing to the growth and success of our company. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service via email and live chat, ensuring that every customer interaction is nothing but wonderful
• Learn and master our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
• Utilize internal communication software to collaborate with teammates, management, and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution
• Analyze customer trends and pain points, and develop innovative solutions to optimize each customer's experience and drive business growth

Requirements

• Able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls
• Have a quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal noise and reliable high-speed internet connection
• Able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT, including evenings and weekends
• Available to work during the holiday season and able to adapt to changing business needs
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual setting
• Experience working from home or in a remote environment, with a proven ability to stay motivated and focused
