Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring they have a seamless and satisfying experience with arenaflex
  • Consolidating retirement accounts, resolving customer inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Advocating for our customers, gathering feedback, and sharing insights with our product and engineering teams to inform our product roadmap
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Working closely with our small but agile team to drive innovation and excellence in customer service and operations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the financial industry
  • Experience working with FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 6, 7) or a willingness to obtain them
  • A strong passion for helping people achieve their financial goals and a deep understanding of the importance of retirement savings
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices, tools, and technologies
  • Ability to work flexible hours if necessary to solve customers' problems and meet business objectives
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment or a similar organization, a plus
