About the Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer – IAM Integration Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to deliver scalable, nimble solutions that meet the needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our IAM system
- Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment
- SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data
- Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
- Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
- Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
- Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience
- Experience of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
