Job Summary

As a Customer Service Bank Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including telephone, email, and online chat. You'll work closely with our internal and external customers to identify their needs, clarify information, answer questions, and process requests. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver excellent account and service support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as a professional representative of arenaflex and its affiliates, Meredith Village Savings Bank, Merrimack County Savings Bank, and Savings Bank of Walpole, through all customer interactions

  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, answer questions, and process requests
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent account and service support to customers, with a focus on first call resolution and speed of response
  • Maintain ongoing customer relationships, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services, ensuring accurate information and recommendations are provided to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 1-3 years of related banking and customer service support experience

  • Ability to communicate professionally using various communication channels, including telephone, email, and online chat
  • Strong listening and speaking skills, with the ability to clearly and succinctly convey information
  • Service-focused mindset, with a commitment to maintaining ongoing customer relationships
  • Ability to maintain composure in challenging interpersonal situations
  • Strong analytical thought process, with the ability to learn quickly and apply problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong personal computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with attention to detail in spelling, grammar, and email etiquette

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and account support

  • Knowledge of banking products and services, with the ability to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in their preferred language
