Responsibilities:

Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary:

When customers have complex issues or concerns, you'll work with our team to resolve them efficiently and effectively, escalating to the relevant departments when necessary. -

Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention:

Your goal will be to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention, using your problem-solving skills and attention to detail to resolve issues and prevent future problems. -

Collaborate with team members:

You'll work closely with our team members to ensure consistent and quality service delivery, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence in customer service. -

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies:
