Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Evening Shift (Full Time, $20/Hr Start)

Primary Responsibilities
As an Evening Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering information into our AS400 system from Bills of Lading (BOLs) scanned at our service centers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Identifying and correcting any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information.
- Maintaining high production levels while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.
- Collaborating with the data entry team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Job Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the trucking industry.
- Knowledge of shipping/transportation documents.
- The ability to type 50 wpm with no errors.
- Proficiency with AS400.
- Accurate typing and spelling skills.
- A detail-oriented and self-motivated approach to work.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
Working Conditions
As an Evening Data Entry Clerk, you will work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, with a PM shift. However, please note that work days and shifts are subject to change based on job scheduling and/or business levels.
